Working / Worked
I take fenugreek and alfalfa to keep my supply up so I can also pump milk to have on hand incase I need to leave baby with a sitter. This helped me breastfeed my daughter until she was 10 1/2 months old when I was forced to switch to formula when she stopped gaining weight and began to loose some weight.
Working / Worked
I take 3 pills daily of Fenugreek. Side effects were me producing a maple syrup like odor. Well whatever u got to do right?!?!
Working / Worked
i started having supply issues at 2 months. i took other things that only helped a little, this really works. plus my daughter and i get to smell like maple syrup.
Working / Worked
My 15 month old son has not been nursing well, partly due to lack of enough letdown, so I am taking Fenugreek to help my milk supply to encourage him to continue nursing. He has some growth and food issues so I can't possibly consider weaning yet.
Not Working
Just didn't work for me. But I am BFAR.....
Not Working
I noticed a slight increase at first, but had to stop due to some digestive difficulties with the baby (not due to herb). I have started taking it again, but have not seen results.
