Tried this at 25mcg, which I didn't even notice, after "humoring" my doctor for 3 months I finally said that we were wasting money. Then when I became sensitive to my other pain medication, this was reintroduced at 75mcg, and boy did I finally understand what Fentanyl could do. It takes down my pain, if it's at a 7, to a 5. It never removes all the pain, but it is a good "support" pain reliever.
