I went to an evaluation for 5 days but other than that i did my recovery on my own. I was at the lowest you can get and i had nowhere to go but up after that the idea of hitting rock bottom again made me strive to keep going. The hardest part for me is all these after effects on my body. I dont know how common they are but my mind feels completely different and I rarely feel like myself. not to mention all the damage it did to my psyche..its still not easy recovering.

My experience through all of this has been extremely tough. But it has also been educational. Not only have I learned a lot about the human brain and how amazing it truly is but also about the man that I love and myself.
