Faith / Religion . .
Well . . if I'm full blown manic . . I go over the edge with religion . . I become orthodox.
If I get depressed . . I want nothing to do with religion - ZERO.
If I'm somewhere in the middle . . then I'm somewhere in the middle . .
Imagine how this might drive my wife crazy.
Having faith (whatever religion or beliefs) is GOOD . It is healthy to include this in a regular routine.
