My son has severe hemophilia type A We have gone through a lot! He is now 11 years old and going strong, great althelete and great student. A typical pre teen. He was diagnosed at birth when he was circumcized, a very scary experience but we made it through. I was a new 19 year old mom. I could not have done this without the support of my mother and family. He now has three little brothers and they do not have the gene, he has a genetic mutation and is the first of the line.

i have a company, coram healthcare which supllies me with my medication, recombinate, I seldom need infusions but they offer home nurses when I do.

Recombinate factor works brilliantly but Bailey has times of the month where it is not as effective as others, our main problem is rehabilitation
