I have recently been intrigued about this one and am currently researching this method. I will say , so far, it appears to have good outcomes???dunno......we'll see!
I have a friend that is doing this with her boy. I need to go to a confrence and learn more.
We are about to begin Signing Times videos. Our 3-year old is completely non-verbal.
We tried to teach him sign language for three years and a communication device but he was never able to use either one.
He always had an aversion to the various things we tried
attempting communication usually makes it worse. He screams NO QUESTIONS
Tried, but it was not successful. He talks now.
