I have been taking EPO 1000 mg everyday for probably 12 years or so. I feel it works to keep my muscles suptle. I know if I go off my vitamin regimen for more than a few days I stiffen up like an old roach.

Not sure what it's doing for Menopause. I take 1,000 mg per day because it helps stabilize "hair related hormones." I have no thyroid, and my first sign of the smallest "too much thyroid" is falling hair, and EPO helps prevent/stop this.
