It took about six weeks before I noticed the hot flashes were under control, then I switched to "Members Mark Estro Vital Nutrients" from SAMS Club. I got twice as much for less cost but then after about six months the hot flashes started again and the pharmasist suggested I take three tablets instead of two. The hot flashes were again pretty much under control (not 100% but around 95%). Sadly I just learned SAMS Club will no longer be selling this product.
