The doses of the Vivelle-Dot varied as my side effects were all over the map. Ranging from lethargy, severe mood swings, hot flashes, and sleeplessness my OBGYN put me on Estratest. Yeah, that was another "fun" experience. Read on! I am no longer on this medication - after working for a year, it stopped being effective.
