Seems to help with the levels but still need transfusions. Get Procrit every Monday.

Has hemoglobin up to about 10.9 so much better than 7. Feel like it has me hyped up a bit. BP much higher them my baseline. At least I am off of the couch!

I hate epo shots they hurt more than any shot I've ever had and causes me to bruise. I'm not sure if it works because nothing is really "working".

Epogen works great for me. It brings me hematocrit up very quickly.

I took Procrit shots to help keep me from needing another transfusion until I could be accepted into the clinical trial. It did raise my Hemoglobin somewhat enough to keep me going until I entered the REvlimid Trial.
