I have been seeing a therapist for almost 4 weeks now and the Epley Maneuver has proven somewhat successful. I am still experiencing extreme vertigo, but before therapy I could barely stand and I have improved because of therapy and now move around more often.

Putting my head this way and that does ease or exacerbate the vertigo, but trying to manipulate ear crystals has not really done anything for me, I don't think. Sometimes I think it has had some slight improvement for brief, brief periods, but it is nothing like what some people say: "Doctor did it and I felt better for months or years." A couple of minutes would be nice, though.

In true BPPV, the Epley Maneuver if done correctly does wonders! I use this with maneuver with all of my posterior canal BPPV patients.
