I had one injection, it helped a lot. I got muscle cramps for a little while afterward, but the subsided.

It helped a great deal. I did get pretty bad muscle cramps in my legs after I had it, but they eventually subsided. I just stretched a lot, and ate a lot of bananas.

Worked for about 6 months at a time. Had a total of 4 epidurals.

I love getting these but I can only have them every 3 months and I only get about a months woth of minor relief. Still worth it though.
