I miss ephedra. I wish the medical community would simply regulate it and prescribe it as needed instead of discontinuing any usage of this. This was the most effective tool Ive ever used. It helped me eat less by feeling full gave me more energy to exercise and metabolize food and helped improve my focus in other daily activities. I never abused this supplement like those that it caused problems for. Overdoing anything will cause problems
