Started Mid July 2009 and discontinued Sulfazalazine and Hydroychloroqiune. Was on for six weeks and off again for 4 weeks (infection) I've now been back on for 8 weeks. Seems to have maxed out on the benefits... still not quite enough releif to live a normal life.
