i can only take it once a week instead of 2x/wk as like other chemo drugs it causes severe depression and extreme fatigue.
used less often, i usually have severe fatigue 2 days after injection and a fair amt of discomfort and fatigue 2 days before it's due and then a couple of better days in the middle.
before i started it, i was rapidly reaching the point where i was going to need help with even the most basic adls. so i feel lucky that i'm able to tolerate it at all.

Worked for about a year or so and slowly the skin began to break out. Great for arthritis.
