I did this and changed meds with a good outcome. Apart from the surreal feeling there was only minimal short term memory loss.

Currently using this therapy,, seems to be working some.. not a lot.. have had 10 and just now switching to 1x a week.. main side effect is memory loss.. which I hate because I am not forgetting the things I want, just the things I need to remember.
