Ive been on Effexor XR for approx 1 year now. Judging from the extreme depression im experiencing im thinking its not working, but the Pdocs wont change me in case I flip into Manic.

Works well. Taking extended release, 300mg. Missing a dose or two will cause a set back/breakdown

side effect is...if I forget to take my pill by afternoon I know it because my brain snaps the synaptic triggers the brain waves like a tornado in my head. can not explain it in detail. just little explosions going off continuous HATE that feeling
