Changing my major to Criminal Justice was possibly the best therapy I could have taken on. Learning about the motivations behind violent and sex crimes was therapeutic in a way I cant really put my finger on. It gave me a sense of control because if I know WHY someone does something Im already one step ahead of that person. I have a passion for profiling and learned that not only can I help myself through this but I can help others too!
