I was an 18-20 in womens pants, but with walking for one hour a day and eating five small meals a day I went down to a 14 pants. Now my only issue is to get to a size 10

It speeds up my metabolism - easier to lose weight.
Just watch what I eat drink only water now no coke products for over 5 years. Sometimes I can eat crackers drink water just to get through the day but still have crampsstomach problems.
Somewhat Helpful
This can be a career, and it can be hard. I have stopped worrying about how I'm going to earn money. I used to eat so much, but now I wat about 5 -8 small meals a day. and i've lost wait and more active.
This is VERY important since I'm hypoglycemic.
