Amazingly effective but lost insurance and could no longer afford.
felt really sick and nauseous following a finger, so we decided on sounds instead, still need to experience diffrence.
didn't work
I never felt like this actually worked, it only seemed to make the nightmares that much more vivid.
I couldn't latch on to this. A wonderful counselor tried her hardest to help me with this. I still need to stop The Mall Of America in my head.
Working / Worked
Ive been seeing a therapist for 2 years for a variety of reasons. One of the biggest symptoms of my issues is food addiction. As we work on my challenges one layer at a time it becomes more believable to me that I will one day find balance and in doing so I will find peace and abstinence.
I continue to find EMDR helpful.
I no longer work with this therapist.
Just beginning
Was absolutely the best thing I have ever chosen to do for myself. I would not be here today with out my wonderful EMDR therapist. I cannot recommend it enough.
