This has worked wonders for me. When it was originally prescribed to me I was taking 1 tablet per day however my potassium levels dropped dangerously low and was hospitalized for hypokalema. Per my dr. I am now taking 12 a pill every other day and I have not had any big attacks since Nov. 2011. I still feel ear fullness and ringing. I do experience attacks but nothing that lasts over a hour.
