Like a charm it works! There is an adjustment period when you have to get used to it. Be strict and meticulous in its use. Always mark the time when you need to change it. Keep away from pets or toddlers. This drug is for people who have been on opiate therapy a long time. Should never be considered a first line drug constipation is a side effect as is sedation. No more car keys for me.

This works really well for me but I hate using it because you have to get a new RX every month once you start using it your body gets used to it. Its a big part of helping me function but since Ive been on it for years I noticed I want to sleep more.

Works better than any other pain relief.

had to go up to 100 mcg from starting at 25mcg. Works well for 24 hrs. then have to take percocet for breakthru pain. Normally patch is changed every 72 hrs. but would not work that long for me so I change mine every 48 hrs. Side effect is excessive sweating.
