I find by drinking two tumblers of the H2O stuff very couple of hours helps me to open my bowels easier. I wouldnt say easily but easier than if I didnt intake it.

Maybe pschosematic, but this reduces the dizziness 15-25% for an hour or 2.
Drinking water with lemon or lime seems to help with cravings for a smoke, as does cranberry juice for some reason!!
