I use this for motion sickness. It just knocks me out, so I don't remember anything.

This seems to help at times, then other times not. It mostly makes me sleepy.

I know I shouldnt be using it for this but sometimes its all that will help me. It works consistently but I try not to use it more than a few nights in a row because I begin to develop a hangover effect and feel tired all day. After a week it loses its effectiveness. I only do this because I am desperate and it works better and had fewer side effects for me than prescription drugs. Again I dont like to take it because its not meant to be used this way but I do it.
