If you take it without food it gives you nausea and dizziness. But it has been working for me I don't have flare ups but I do get red not severly though.

I am 80 better than I was a little over a year ago when I first started treatment. Ive been on Doxy for about 6 months. I have not made it up to the standard 400mg a day yet.
