It is working to lift my mood elevate my pain threshold and even is helping my skin problems. Also helps me sleep. I only wish I had been given this drug sooner. I am using less pain meds narcotics while on this medication.

It is a tricyclic antidepressant. I have been taking a very small dose 10mg for over 20 years. It does help me sleep and when I do go off it for a few days I do think I feel a little weird.
