Dostinex Reviews
Working / Worked
it kept my levels down but too many side effects like low blood pressure, joint pain, worst headaches, fatigued, bad bad bad :(
Working / Worked
Cabergoline worked almost immediately for me. (At the start I experienced severe constipation.)
Within a couple of weeks I experienced my first period in 20 years, plus I finally had a real sex drive which was overwhelming. This was a happy yet demoralising time for me, because it was like going through puberty again "overnight" and I found myself taking foolish risks sexually with some 'unstable' men! I had always been a good-living woman, so this was difficult to deal with emotionally.

Good, I take my medicine and when things get normal again I stop and all is well. If I don't take it I gain weight, I am cranky and I don't have my period. When I take the medicine I get big headaches the first week but the side effects are gone after a week
Working / Worked
Bromocryptine worked for a while then non-effective. Cabergoline side effects became so bad, chose death over tablets. Was then on Dostinox without side effects at 1mg per day. Seems to have stopped working. Life devastated by tumour as is the life of my family.
Working / Worked
reduced prolactin level a lot so far
Working / Worked
Dostinex appears to have normalized my prolactin and IGF-1 levels; the side effects (grogginess, tiredness) are tolerable.
Working / Worked
No side effects other than a little dizzy if I stand up too fast. Prolactin fell quickly.
Working / Worked
Bromocriptine is great if you don't mind never having a bowel movement for the rest of your life. Cabergoline is great but we are being raped by Big Pharma for it. In other countries they pay as little as $4 a pill, while in the US where we all are RICH, it costs us over $20 a pill.....
Working / Worked
Lots of side effects. My endo worries about heart valve problems and I'm beginning Norprolac soon. I have discovered depression and feeling more sick since I've stopped Dostinex and I'm now on antidepressants..
Working / Worked
great
