i take the max dosage and it still doesnt help all the time. the side effects are severe dry mouth but thats about it for me..ive taken it for a very long time..and will have to foe the rest of my life

This medication does help the leakage issue, but then it works against her with constipation. So we also give her a senokot pill ever so often to make sure her bowels move every day.
