I have self excluded myself several times from local arcades etc. and it is helpful for 6 months but i still seem to find more places and online casinos, must now self exclude from online sites also. Have downloaded gamblock onto my pc this is great as this was my worst temptation as the sites are there 24/7, now i CAN'T play online!

Tried it a couple of times so going for another method any ideas?
