I had quite for almost a year. After the first 30 days it was not too difficult, then I got sucked back in and it has been slowly downhill.

"Quit" January 1, 2010 but went back in May and then July and then 5 times from the end of November to December 17 when I was confronted by my daughters and caught lying about my whereabouts....I was devastated to have to tell them I had lied to them....horrible
