dietitians are very helpful if you find one that deals with the WLS. the regular dietitian dont know enough about our protein needs. or what not to eat.

Was very helpful in stressing what I need to do after surgery and paying attention to getting the proteins in.

I had already been binge free for 13 days when I met with nutritionist. Worked well, but was expensive with nutritionist not taking insurance and the cost of the supplements. Fell off the wagon, not the nutritionists fault
Working / Worked
This was also a scary, uncomfortable part of my recovery, but in the end it was helpful to know how to balance a diet so that you can maintain a healthy weight without getting overweight or underweight. It takes TIME though, so don't jump into this too soon.
Working / Worked
The information is really useful, but I find myself lying to her in order to keep up my disordered eating habits.
Working / Worked
This worked very well for me.
