I started seeing a dietitian for the first time my freshman year of college and she helped me to understand my intake needs without counting calories. I had more consistent care from a dietitian when I went IP for a few months recently and I'm still seeing my dietitian OP. Helps with accountability as well as getting help with realistic portion sizes.

I am still working with my dietician, who is great. She lets me know how I am doing weight wise but never tells me how much I weigh. She also helps me figure out new things to try when the old gets boring.

I did not have the best experience. I was not as motivated as I should have been and my nutritionist often cancelled my appointments due to her family demands.
