Dietary Modification Reviews

Bananas are great! I try to use the BRAT diet bananas, rice, applesauce and toast.
I travel for my company. Find that eating out often (several days in a row tend to make me feel uncomfortable. Found that if I only eat bland foods (chicken, pasta, bananas, etc) a few days before and after I travel, it minimizes discomfort.
My diet consist of non-processed foods. My symptoms get much worse when I not adhere to this diet.
I can't eat things like corn, nuts, and raw vegetables that won't go through my strictures. I'm craving some SO bad.
I have been avoiding high fibre foods, eating a higher protien diet and eating pretty bland foods really for fear of eating something that is going to upset me.
I'm always modifying my diet. Fresh, whole foods with focus on portion control seems to work best for me. I eat all organic when possible.
Working / Worked
Reading food labels and counting my carb/sugar intakes has done wonders for my sugars! Not to mention I notice that I don't feel as "lazy" or less energetic throughout my day.
Giving it a try
I have been on a high protein diet since august and I have seen a tremedous change in my body. Lots of chick, eggs and fish, along with healthy fats.
Working / Worked
trying to be more careful of what I eat not always easy...I'm an emotional eater......
