very careful diet...avoiding allergenic foods and trying to get all my nutrition from what is left.

I really notice a change in how I feel when I stray from the diet; however, if I stray just once every once in a while I am fine.
Low residue diet, bland and flavorless but helping with the pain. Good thing i have never been that excited about food.
i learned which foods effect the inr in which direction and try to maintain stable intake of those foods. also i consult my clinic if there is a change in my meds ie antibiotics etc.

After a heart attack at 48 and a seizure 3 months later, I was diagnosed with pre-arteriosclerosis. My grandmother had it, my father died of a blood clot to his neck and I had plaque filled arteries with the main vein to my heart blocked 95 percent. Plavix and an aspirin, along with high blood pressure meds and Cholesterol meds have made me feel better. And I've changed my diet. I was always thin anyway, but also smoked.

i stopped drinking milk and eating meat. i occasionally eat meat and when i do i break out but cutting back like i have has left me with far fewer breakouts. i initially changed my diet just for a lifestyle change and it ended up benefiting me in more ways than just better skin.
