Just careful about some fiber and all fats, which cause flares. Nuts, Corn, broccoli and its relatives -- all very bad for me!

this has been the biggest help I have managed if i stay on strict strict diet to keep it somewhat low. I have to keep my carbs to 25 a meal (3 meals a day) and 15 a snack 1 snack a day

I've always hated bananas, but heard they are good for diarhea, plus my pottasium is alwas low in my exams, so I've been aquiring a taste for them in smoothies & such & it seems to help! Gives me energy. I need it since I also gave up my coffee, which took away my heartburn.
