Almost no symptoms, much more energy and better mood (off antidepressants now). Still confused about certain conflicting information out on the web.

Treatment safe, no side effects, cheap. It is not easy to cut MSG (additive E621 / flavor enhancer) out of the diet, because it is in all processed food, but it is worth a try. It works for me as long as I am strict.

avoid garlic spicy foods acidic foods Chocolate fried foods. It has helped. Every once in a while I do splurge and eat one of the above mention. But pay for it later.
