I droped 45 pds, and have in control for now.
I read "Restoring your digestive health" by jordan rubin - and i went on his "Guts and Glory" diet program thing.. and It REALLY helped..
but I'm back in a slump again - and don't think I have the energy or the motivation to do that strenuous diet again.
I also got a blood test to test for allergies for 120 different foods. Those results were NOT fun to receive.. but it is probably making a difference that I'm not eating them anymore.
I'm such a healthy eater now, but its stressful at times.
