I am on a very low residue diet right now. I was on this before and then went off and deffinitely noticed a difference when I went off. Though I love food, it does not love me :(

I have tried to eliminate processed foods. There are a lot of food additives that seem to agrivate my condition. Most specifically MSG which is a hidden ingredient in most processed foods. I try to focus on vegetables fruits and grains.
