40 carbs or less per day dropped BS to normal

Some days are better than others, but have gone to eating bland foods. Do not drink caffeine, quit smoking, do not drink alcohol as I am allergic, cut out any acidic and spicy foods such as tomatoes.

WENT VEGETARIAN....IT'S WORKED!!!
right not on a specific diet eating few carbs, and proteins and mostly cooked green veggies and crackers....a candida diet
So far we have cut out beef from our diet's & we are currently trying more gluten free foods. We already eat LOTS & LOTS of veggies :-) and we drink lots of water. So far my son is doing better with the diet change.

Foods I take are healthier and it works! I get cravings but hey...the end is more tempting

I cant remove sugar or wheat from my diet tho Ive heard thats ideal. I focus on eating organic food vegetables fruit fish oil oatmeal flax green tea herbals. Some vitamin supplements
