When I first got diagnosed, I used the Specific Carb Diet as a starting point for testing my reaction to certain products. In the end, what seems to give trigger my symptoms most are products inclusive of corn, corn starch, corn syrup. Popcorn is a no-no that sometimes in remission is still worth the punishment! :)

I am on a 15 carb point diet. (4 per meal, 3 for snacks.) Also cutting down my caloric intake to lose weight.
