Trying to cut out sugar and carbs I seem to function better when I dont have a lot of these in my system. Its difficult though cuz sugar and carbs are what i crave when Im happy mad glad sad...anything! lol

My levels of iron have increased since I have been eating more pulses, e.g. lentils, butter beans. I am a vegetarian and always have been so eating lots more veggies is not a problem for me.
