Working pretty good. Eating alot of fish and chicken, alot of spinach and carrots, whole wheat bread, limiting soft drinks, staying away from fast food joints, etc. etc.
Became vegetarian!

Plenty of veggies and lean protein. Low/No-Carbs. Try to limit the amount of Alcohol, but that is the hard part-Ha!
