It's working, and I enjoy the flavor and appearance of the food a lot more: all organics, less meat, more spices, lots more veggies & fruit. I do indulge the occasional craving but have them less and less often. I do not allow myself to judge my own indulgences, but do adjust portions to accomodate them. I never feel deprived this way. It's the first time I feel I've found a life-time solution that is healthy for me.
