Highly recommend!!! Gradually convert bad eating habits with good eating habits...Never diet...just eat healthier.

It's good but sometimes hard when I craved sweet foods and fruit just didnt cut it.
This works, although I have not been "perfect" lately.
I believe in this and like this unfortunately I am not always good at eating healthy because I have a family who likes to eat unhealthy food at times.
