Definitely worked, but got off track and gained it back.
I've been studying/reading about health/fitness for about 7 years. Though I am no guru I know most of the fundamentals of healthy eating. It creates a world of difference. When I'm eating healthy feel 10x better.
I can tell a difference in my eating since I have been eating healthier. I become full faster and notice that I am satisfied longer.

I eat less fatty meats, fewer pasta dishes, more salads, sweet potatoes ocassionally instead of regular potatoes.
