I've noticed that since I've changed my eating habits, I've lost weight and have kept my A1C on track.
When ever I make the choice to lose weight eating less food helps, but eating healthier foods works better. Eating a whole bunch of lettuce and a chicken breast works better for me than eating smaller portions of food. The lettuce is a low calorie food, and eating leafy greens slows down chewing and helps me to achieve that full feeling I crave.
So far I have lost 90 pounds by following the Clean Eating plan.....70 more to go!
I am blending foods more like vegetables and fruits for breakfast a few times a week and I do feel better, but no weight loss yet.
