Yeah, that is REALLY important. For me, it's alcohol (esp. wine), nuts, nitrites, artificial sweeteners, and aged cheeses. I also have to avoid ALL scented things, which is tough.

I tried not eating any bread products with food. Do know how many foods are served with breads or torillas, or even breaded? Forget trying to nix other grains or starches.

This is a biggy, paying attention to what your body tels you. Alcohol cause a seizure every time. caffeine, weed, amphetamines, when my body detoxifies to quickly.
