I feel quite a bit better when I stay on my yeast free (and sugar free) diet. When I cheat, I feel terrible; headaches, fatigue, upset stomach, etc.

We cut gluten and milk from my sons diet and it changed his life.
I avoid dairy. I use lactose free milk and that helps. Spicy foods, chilis and other food tend to aggravate the problem.
i find that my worst triggers for ibs/fm symptoms are meats!! when i cut those out of my diet, the mornings are a lot more tolerable. however, lately, ive been getting extremely dizzy and im wondering if im not getting enough protein.
I avoid dairy products and red meat as best I can and it helps a lot.

it works if i totally avoid herbs and spices but comes backimmediatly when i dont. i have a very red, burning face and the thyroid plays up!

Absolutely cannot have MSG, Nutrisweet (aspertame), nitrates and nitrates. A little red wine is OK but have to be careful about white whine. Both need to be dry.
