Liquid is great if you don't have to get off the couch.
No foods that cause or could cause flare ups
I'm allergic to dairy and potatoes and if I eat them I have a flare up. So I don't eat them. That doesn't mean I don't get flares but I'd get them MORE if I did eat the foods.
Try not to eat something that will stop my up or irritate-- spicy foods, nuts, popcorn, etc.

Dairy products, especially straight milk, are the only foods that I can tell have severe negative effects.
Avoid:Caffeine, Dairy, Raw Fruit and Vegetables, Pop Corn, Spicy food, Very hot food.

Avoid those dyes helps. Red 40 does horrible things to me.
i cant eat anything raw for now. low fiber diet.
