Avoiding caffeine, soda, sugars, does really help.

Staying away from dark chocolate, red wine and soft cheese before sleep, helps a lot!

AMEN to this one! I don't eat gluten, peanuts, MSG or chocolate (found that one out recently). I also avoid echinacea and chamomile.

avacoados guarantee me a painful flare up. I also only eat foods without nitrates or msg
Liquid is great if you don't have to get off the couch.
No foods that cause or could cause flare ups
I'm allergic to dairy and potatoes and if I eat them I have a flare up. So I don't eat them. That doesn't mean I don't get flares but I'd get them MORE if I did eat the foods.
