I avoid processed foods, partially hydrogenated products, high fructose corn syrup, non organic fruits and vegetables with pesticides, etc. I eat organic food as much as I can, drink lots of water, take supplements everyday, and exercise on a regular basis even if I am just walking. Does it work? Well I think so because I feel healthier.

eating fatty foods as pork and some related to it..
for about 2 years (during and after my illness) i had to avoid just about every food except for the brat diet and water and absolutely no vitamins/minerals
I am only eating gluten free grains. Very limited grains and very limited sugar.
yes when i have the will power to avoid foords it does help - mainly dairy fatty foods and red meat.
Avoid: sweets, chocolate, junk, skin, seeds, dried fruit, biltong, sushi, onion, mushroom, tomato, pizza, cheeses, fried or fatty or oily food.wholewheat bread- get severe agonising pain

eat fruits n veg, chicken breast grilled, brown bread, cottage cheese, all bran, I also drink a lot of green tea and ginger now, and I take herbalfibreblend that I heard about from sally ann creed- author of let food be your medicine. I take omega 3 too and eat olive oil and avo quite a lot now.

Caffeine is a BIG one, alcohol another bad one
