I use thick cloth diapers with plastic pants and a plastic sheet on the bed in case I leak. The diapers and plastic pants have always kept the sheet dry for the most part. I hvae no problem with wearing my diapers and plastic pants and my wife wouls sleep with me only if I wear them all night.

Well, they stop my bed from getting wet but they don't stop the fact that I urinate at night. I find that when I use the nappies, I'm FAR more likely to be wet.

I hate wearing them but what can i do.

Since medication did not work or had too strong sideeffects, I have found incontinence protection to be practical, comfortable and wearing protection does not stop me in my life.

I used to sneak my younger brothers diapers and pin them on me before bedtime. My mom didn't agree with this because she thought diapers was only for babies. Every morning I awoke soaked in my own urine, I felt like the world's biggest baby.
Working / Worked
I had to sneak into my diapers at night because my Mom believed diapers were only for babies. Every morning I woke up soaked in my own urine, I felt like the world's oldest baby. The diapers at leaset helped keep the mess and clean up to a minimum.

Do what they're supposed to.
