At first, I tried actually toddler pull ups because I'm so small and I didn't want anything to leak out, but I kinda forgot that a toddler's bladder is A LOT smaller than a teenager's so the pull up is DEFINITELY not going to hold that much urine. I wear x small to small/medium Certainty Underwear underneath my own regular underwear now all the time, but sometimes they leak.

I wear adult sixed cloth diapers and waterproof plastic pants to bed each evening in order to avoid a cold wet bed in the morning. The diapers work very well

Christopher does get pressure sore and rashes but his incontinence and loss of bladder control is quite severe so wearing pads are neccessary for him.
